01 Who we are

The data controller is UAB Futodi, company code 306678644, Gedimino pr. 20, LT-01103 Vilnius, Lithuania. Write to hello@futodi.com about anything in this policy.

02 What data we collect

When you write to us. Your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to tell us in the message.

When you visit the site. futodi.com sets no cookies, loads no analytics and uses no tracking pixels. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data (IP address, browser type, time of the request) to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.

03 Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• Answering your enquiry and preparing an offer: steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Carrying out a contract with you: Art. 6(1)(b).
• Keeping accounting records the law requires: Art. 6(1)(c).
• Keeping the site secure and working: our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).

04 How long we keep it

• Enquiries that did not lead to a contract: up to 2 years after the last contact.
• Contracts and accounting documents: 10 years, as Lithuanian accounting law requires.
• Hosting logs: under Cloudflare's own retention rules.

05 Who else sees it

Only the service providers we need to run the business: our email provider and our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.). They process data on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell data.

06 Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@futodi.com. We reply within one month.

07 Complaints

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI), L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt. We would appreciate the chance to fix it first.

If this ever changes, this table will list every cookie and the site will ask for consent before setting any that are not strictly necessary.
